Our Process

Our web development process is very collaborative.  Before we create a single line of code, we have lots of dialogue with each client.  The goal of this dialogue is to have us fully comprehend the client’s needs and vision for their web development project.  We need to make sure that we understand their aesthetic. This includes the look and feel of their company, and an understanding of  their client base.  

We also take our time at the beginning of the web design process to make sure that the client feels comfortable and feels that their needs are being met.  We pride ourselves in unparalleled customer service.  Customer service can be a quick phone call to troubleshoot a monitor issue. It could look like taking our time to hear and understand the client’s needs. 

Once we understand our client’s vision, we do a static mock up of the home page and a couple of internal pages.  We present these to the client so they can get a feel for the look, feel and functionality of their web design. Once the client approves, we are off to the races! Then we hand over the design to our web development team to build out the website. 

The client is an integral part of the web design and web development process throughout the entire project.  We collaborate with each client throughout the process, making sure they are a full partner in this creative endeavor.  

Next Steps

Once the project is complete, we do a tutorial with each client at the hand off.  While we are always just a phone call away, we teach the client how to go to the backend of their custom WordPress website so they can post blogs, create pages, or anything else their business may require.  We record the entire tutorial and give it to the client as a reference tool in the future.
