The Challenge
We were happy to build the website for this new waterfront development. A unique aspect of this build was the client’s request to have a promotional video created that would enable potential buyers to envision the pristine location, the fabulous view and the enticing architecture.
Our Solution
The website creation was a team effort between the realtor and 212 Creative staff. For the video, we used our photographer to take some drone footage to give the potential clients an idea of the proximity to the busy waterway and the breathtaking scenery they will be able to enjoy. We ended the video on a view of the vacant lot and, using some technical wizardry, erected the future building on the site.
