The Challenge
M&H Home Sales has been serving Michigan since 1984, offering modular home sales, setup, transport, and full turnkey general contracting services. Our goal was to translate their decades of expertise and family-owned values into a website that feels welcoming, trustworthy, and easy to navigate. By highlighting their experience, statewide service area, and hands-on approach, we positioned M&H as both a knowledgeable partner and a reliable guide for homebuyers.
Our Mission? To deliver a complete digital refresh designed to elevate their brand and enhance the customer journey. Their long-standing reputation for helping families dream, design, and build the perfect modular home deserved a modern online presence that reflected the same quality and care found in every home they sell.
The Solution
A major priority of the project was showcasing M&H’s on-site model homes — a core part of their sales experience. We designed clean, visually inviting page layouts that allow potential buyers to explore models, understand floor plans, and feel confident scheduling an in-person tour. The new digital experience encourages visitors to imagine themselves in the space, mirroring the emotional connection customers feel when walking through a model home.
To support M&H’s mission of educating buyers, we also created engaging sections that answer common questions about modular construction. From energy efficiency to build timelines to financing and insurance, the site clearly communicates the advantages of modular homes, helping customers make informed decisions. The updated visual identity, cohesive graphics, and improved content structure work together to reinforce M&H’s authority in the industry.
The Result
212 Creative’s combined web design and graphic design work resulted in a polished, user-friendly website that brings M&H’s story to life. The refreshed brand presence not only strengthens credibility but also drives engagement, increases tour bookings, and better reflects the craftsmanship behind every M&H modular home. The final product is a digital experience built to grow with the company — just like the homes they build for families across Michigan.
